Workshops for this program will run every Thursday for a total of 12 weeks, from 10:30am-12:00pm
Registration Required – Space is limited – Free workshop – Must be 18+
Sessions will cover:
- Relaxation techniques (such as mindfulness)
- Identifying personal stress triggers
- Interpersonal communication & boundary setting
- Information on local resources
- Tools to improve wellness
- Opportunities to share experiences
- Engagement in mutual support
